Hey,
Welcome to Day 23 of BLOGMAS!!I woke up this morning to a little Sylvie coming in for a cuddle! Sylvie is my three and a half year old cousin, and I adore her. She's a lot of fun, and she's really intelligent and sweet. Now that she's a toddler she's talking, and telling stories. We lay in bed looking at things in my room, and naming the unicorn pillow pet 'Horsey'. Too soon they had to leave, and we waved Sylvie away.
My family does a Secret Santa, and this year my brother and I were in it, I was informed to open one of my presents today so I opened it to reveal..
A succulent!! I have a very real obsession with mini succulents, and this little guy is adorable.
Finally I opened the 23rd door of my advent calendar, which today was little stars!
I thought it would be a cool idea to blow them off my hand...
It was not.
I'm so excited by how many presents under the tree have my name now, and I feel very loved. I think sometimes people feel that they're entitled to presents and entitled to everything, when we take so much for granted. Like just having a family for Christmas is very special and something we all should cherish.
Until my brother decided to put Nickelback on my star..
I present you our presents, and my presence.
Mollie and I just chilled watching Gossip Girl, because that is the true life of us. I got some of my things and presents ready for Friendmas, which is a present giving day me and my friends do.
A cheeky wee parcel arrived too! I forget I buy these things online, so it's so exciting when they finally come.
I got this dress from Boohoo.com, and I'm rather happy with it if I do say so myself. Aswell as my Boohoo.com package, a box came which I promptly opened before then realizing it's a Christmas present box from my Granny G and Pop (My father's parents). Which is lovely of them, because we didn't expect anything!
A quick change out of pajamas was needed, and off we went to pick up some friends on the way.
Right before I left my things I ordered from NKD arrived!! The Black face mask and Citrus Hair mask are looking so good, I'm very excited to try them out!
After a sunny car ride, we arrived. We settled in, and started giving presents. I really like it when people appreciate your presents, like I enjoy giving them more then I do receiving them, (which is not to say I don't want any ;) )
Things got Christmassy.
Burgers were had, Spice Girls were sung, and then we sat under the stars.
I love my friends, I really do, I just hate how my anxiety gets in the way of everything. Towards the end of the night I had a stinky anxiety sesh that I probably should've talked about. I don't know, anxiety is a pain and it always strikes when you don't want it to.
I'm fine now, I just didn't have the best night!
Love,
Georgia Maree xx
