Kindness

Hey,

You always have choice in how you act, and how you treat other people. How is making someone else hurt going to make you happy? Why should it? Should we not all be deciding to say hey, I appreciate that person and what they've done for me, so I'm going to show them.
Little acts of kindness can go a long way, and even something as simple as folding up someones laundry, holding a door open, to saying or texting I appreciate you. You might even turn someones bad day into a good one.

The other day, Dad and I were going to the hospital to visit Mum, and things were going well. We were in the elevator and a cleaner lady came in. She started off being super grumpy but by the end of the elevator ride she had a smile on her face! Smiling and happiness can be so infectious, sometimes you can't help but smile. (Which can be annoying if you're trying to be mad at someone!)

I love doing little things for people, sometimes we don't see how other people are struggling; but saying I love you can make someone realize it's going to be okay!
We all have problems we have to deal with, sharing the love can even make your problem a little smaller.

I challenge you to do something kind for someone today, could be a stranger, could be a friend or family member.

Stay kind!
Love,
Georgia Maree xx
