Hey,
I'm Abi.
You can see more of me in our Summer Lookbook! I'm a sister, friend and lover of Christ. This post is about my adventures overseas on a mission trip! If you would like to see more check out my blog here. I hope you lend me your ears (eyes?) and open your heart.
Two months ago I arrived back home from the greatest adventure I've had so far in my life!
On the 4 of July me and 12 others went on a amazing missions trip to Fiji where were shared our own testimonies in front so many people, in so many different places where I never thought I'd find myself.
Before going over, I used to be so scared and so afraid of speaking in front of people especially when it was about something so personal. Through the 10 days being there I found myself changing and growing not physically... but spiritually.

My relationship with God has grown so much into something I never thought could have happened. I realize how easy He just is.
Every single day over there changed me. I saw so many miracles and so many people come to know the Lord - Just being swept up into his loving arms... and that will be something I will never forget as long as I live.
Not only did I gain confidence from speaking, but from praying for so many.
One thing I'll never forget is, on the last day in Labasa, me and a friend spent a good hour to two hours after the service just simply praying for people, and in that time I saw miracles and God just working his way into peoples lives.
Another thing I'll hold onto forever is just the big hearted kindness of everyone over there, and the friendly smiles I'd be given everywhere I went. Especially the children and teachers at Drodrolagi (rainbow) Kindergarten, they will always have a special place in my heart.
I just want to encourage you, wherever you may go, to share a smile and a little bit of kindness. It makes a bigger difference than you may realize.
